Processing Times
All artworks are carefully prepared and packaged before shipping. Please allow processing time for packing and dispatch after your order is placed.
Shipping
Shipping is available Australia-wide and internationally. Shipping costs may vary depending on artwork size and delivery location.
For prints within Australia, a flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies.
For large artworks, please contact us directly for a freight quote prior to purchase.
Shipping Insurance
All original artworks are carefully packaged for transit. Shipping insurance is included for large original canvases to protect against loss or damage during delivery. Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork.

Returns & Refunds
Please ensure your purchase carefully. Unfortunately, Art by Rafaela does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind on any items purchased, including limited edition prints, original paintings, or custom commissions.
Refunds or replacements may only be offered for artworks that arrive damaged or faulty during transit. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.
